Method for uplink confirm information transmission on uplink control channel

The invention provides an up-link acknowledgement information transmitting method in a physical up-link control channel. The number of the usable symbol in a time slot of the sub-frame in the physical up-link control channel is six, three of the symbols can be used for transmitting the up-link acknowledgement information, and the other three symbols are used for transmitting reference signal. The up-link acknowledgement information transmitting method of the invention overcomes the problem brought by the inequality of the symbol number occupied by the reference signal and the symbol number occupied by ACK/NACK signal, and can multiplex more user equipments by using the same resource, thereby increases the system capacity.
