Food steaming and baking box

A food steaming and baking box comprises a baking box body opened upwards, wherein a water tank is designed at the lower part in the baking box body; a tapered fire converging cavity is designed in the baking box body; a fire converging hole is formed in the baking box body; the upper end of the fire converging cavity is fixedly connected with a uniform heating plate; uniform heating holes are formed at the periphery of the uniform heating plate; the internal surface of the baking box body above the uniform heating plate is fixedly connected with a cooling fin; a baking tray is placed on the cooling fin; the water tank is connected with a steam outlet pipe; the water tank is further fixedly connected with a water diversion pipe; a water adding hopper is fixedly connected with the upper end of the water diversion pipe and covered with a water adding hopper cover; the baking box body is tightly covered with a box body cover; a handle is fixedly connected with the box body cover; an oven body is placed below the baking box body; a drawing plate is mounted on the oven body; rollers are fixedly connected with the lower surface of the oven body; and guide rails are designed below the rollers.
