Indium Nanowires Synthesized at an Ultrafast Rate

On the other hand, post-processingof indium nanowires (e.g., by oxygen or nitrogen plasma treat-ment) can be used to create composite nanowires made fromindium compound materials on the outer surface layer of thewire. Such composite nanowires have versatile applicationsin electronics and optoelectronic devices, for example in build-ing biosensors, solar cells, electrodes, and even memorydevices.
