Estimation and Compensation for Discrete-Time IT2 Fuzzy Systems Against Time Delay Switch Attacks

This paper examines estimation and compensation for discrete-time interval type-2 (IT2) against time delay switch (TDS) attacks. Our goal is to propose a novel method to attenuate the negative effect derived from the TDS attacks. To synchronously estimate the system states and attack perturbation, an augmented observer is first proposed by using the descriptor system approach. The attenuation of negative effects, from the TDS attacks to the system performances, is then realized by using the compensation controller. Finally, we use a numerical simulation to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
