Electrical hemostatic device for surgery

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cauterize and accrete different tissues in a compressed area between plural interfaces by compressing the tissues and constituting the compressed area of an insulant that divides antipole plural electrodes. SOLUTION: A knife-channel 26 of a terminal effector 50 sections a side that divides a 1st and a 2nd of interfaces 35. A jaw material 32 includes an anvil 18. The anvil 18 has a 1st electrode 52 that extends in longitudinal direction toward the jaw material 32 on a 1st side face 81 and a 2nd electrode 80 that extends in the longitudinal direction toward the jaw material 32 on a 2nd side face 82. The 1st electrode 52 and the 2nd electrode 80 are insulated electrically each other by an insulant 55 that extends via the central part of the anvil 18. The 1st electrode 52 and the 2nd electrode 80 extend in the distal side and the proximal side along the interface, and are compressed in the interface and being separated by the insulant 55 with a ridge line 56 that extends in the distal side and the proximal side.
