스위치드 릴럭턴스 타입의 직선형 왕복운동 액추에이터의 설계 변수에 따른 회로 정수 도출

This paper deals with the circuit parameter deriration of Linear Switched Reluctanc Oscillatory Actuator (LSROA) according to design specification. Using the circuit parameter obtained from Equivalent Magnetic Circuit (EMC) method considering fringing effect and leakage flux, we calculated the thrust force, Furthermore, we analyzed the thrust force variation, which depended on the variation of teeth length stator and mover. Finally, analtsis results obtained by proposed EMC are validated by comparison with those by Finite Element Method (FEM).
