Automated tuning of control systems in the presence of random disturbances

A method is considered for the automated tuning of automatic control systems with identifying sinusoidal oscillations applied to the system when, in the process of tuning, it is subjected to random disturbances. Conclusions are made about selecting the length of realization in every step when moving to the optimum, about the typical kind of correlation function of the disturbance superimposed on the useful signal, and about the influence that the frequency of the oscillations has on the accuracy of the obtained estimates.
