A New Framework Of Effective Loading-Balancing

In the structure of the distributed environment, the load of Web GIS on the Internet is becoming increasingly crowded, and the dynamics of this phenomenon is occurring,.To make room for Web spatial data mining to work, first of all to solve the load balancing. Distributed Intelligent Agent in combination in the field of application of the beneficial properties, we proposed a hybrid model framework. The experiment proved that this framework is effective on improving the inquiry speed and maintaining a good network-load performance.
