Automatic bearing pushing device

The invention discloses an automatic bearing pushing device for assembling an oil bearing in an aluminum pipe of a brush cutter. The device comprises a worktable, a motor, a hydraulic system, a fixed bracket combination, a pushing device and a control system, and is characterized in that: the hydraulic system is provided with a hydraulic plunger; the pushing device is provided with an ejector rodand a pushing plate; one end of the hydraulic plunger and one end of the ejector rod are both fixedly connected with the pushing plate; the control system is provided with a photoelectric switch and a control switch; the control switch is connected with the photoelectric switch and the hydraulic system; the ejector rod pushes the oil bearing through the movement of the hydraulic plunger; and the assembly position and number of the oil bearing in the aluminum pipe are realized through the arrangement of the photoelectric switch. As the set distance of the photoelectric switch is matched with the assembly position of the oil bearing in the aluminum pipe, the assembly accuracy is high; and as the assembly is performed in multiple aluminum pipes at the same time, the assembly speed is high, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the requirements of modern large-scale production are met.
