Tin-bearing waste liquid recovery system and recovery technology

The invention relates to a tin-bearing waste liquid recovery system and a recovery technology. The tin-bearing waste liquid recovery system comprises a waste liquid storing tank, a pH regulating tank, a reaction flocculation basin, a solid-liquid separation device and a press filtration device, wherein the pH regulating tank is provided with an automatic control dosing system so as to determine pH value of the tin-bearing waste liquid at real time, timely detect the content of metal ions, determine the optimum deposition pH value and reasonably control the alkali amount; and the reaction flocculation basin is connected with a flocculating agent quantitative dosage device which can flexibly adjust the addition of the flocculating agent according to the size of deposition flocs and raise the flocculation effect. No additional pollution is generated in the recovery system; generated nitrate wastewater is further collected and enters into a tail water zero discharge processing system; and leachate in the press filtration device flows back to the waste liquid storing tank at the beginning end of the recovery system for recovery. The recovery technology provided by the invention is used to realize zero discharge of pollutants and effectively solve the heavy metal secondary pollution in the production of printed circuit boards, and has substantial environmental and economic benefits.
