Cooperation Negotiation Method of Manufacturing Corporation's Supply Chain Alliance Based on Computer Supported

The Manufacturing Corporation' preferences and the changes of environment lead to disputes or conflicts of profit allotting in alliance cooperation. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward a kind of negotiable profit allotting models of multi-person cooperation games. Then, a negotiation method was developed based on constructing negotiators' utility function and seeking the concession solution by steps to maximize these utilities. Finally, the effectiveness of this method is illustrated by a case analysis result.
