This study is a follow-up study of research on the curriculum of college courses in Tourism Management at N University. In order to analyze Hotel Business Administration Major course catalog, data was acquired on preferred courses, most helpful course in understanding the major, and most useful course when going into industry from the Tourism Management majoring students in the previous study. The study uses Social Network Analysis(SNA) and the results are as follows. In response to the questionnaire on preferred courses, freshmen and sophomores showed interest in the Hotel and Catering course while juniors and seniors were more focused on courses on Hotel-related fields. For the question on the most helpful course in understanding the major underclassmen showed general interest in major-related courses due to their heavy course load on humanities and social sciences requirements. Meanwhile, upperclassmen showed strong interest in courses related to Hotel Management Theory. In response to the questionnaire on the most useful course when going into industry, underclassmen chose courses on Dining while upperclassmen picked both Hotel and Dining related courses. The study demonstrates that preferred courses and career paths of the students with similar majors at the same school show statistically significant difference among themselves according to their majors and coursework. Tourism Management majoring students had a wider range of career paths related to their preferred courses and other industry fields while Hotel Business Administration majoring students concentrated on career paths just related to Hotel and Dining. The study therefore shows that Hotel Business Administration majoring students are more focused on their majors than Tourism Management students.
