국내 인허가용 설계품질 검토를 위한 BIM모델가이드라인 품질지표에 관한 연구

Nowadays, BIM has been a huge worldwide interest in architecture fields. Korean Public Procurement Service calls for all public architectural project order will obligate the BIM process from 2016. However, architectural BIM guidelines for public projects are insufficient. Despite the efforts of government and ordering organization it has not been developed into an integrated guidelines. Terms for order is not done right because of the insufficiency of regulatory and administrative guidelines. In this paper, it will be studied on quality indicators for examination of architectural design as a basic research for BIM model guideline of national BIM construction consent.
