Research on the diagnosis and improvement method of a process route in an enterprise production process in terms of sustainable development III

The determination of a process route in manufacturing process planning and environmentally friendly approach of a whole manufacturing process is one of the keys to the success of sustainable development strategy of enterprise. In this paper, an assessment methodology that aims at the assessment problem of the component manufacturing process in terms of sustainable development is developed on the basis of the material balance principle. It is a methodology based on IPO model integrating the assessment of resource consumption and environment impact. The material consumed, the power consumed, the environment impact in the workshop, the environmental impact and the human health in component manufacturing processes are to be quantitatively analyzed and assessed by making an IPO model of component manufacturing process, drawing a checklist of process and determining a rule of quantitative analysis. The existing problems are to be diagnosed according to the assessment result, and relevant improvement measures are to be raised. In the end, a case study is performed to illustrate how the assessment method is applied and to prove its feasibility.
