3D modeling of real-color face

A method of the 3D modeling of real-color face is proposed in conjunction of the accuracy of the three-dimensional field information of the face obtained by range camera and the convenience of obtaining the color information of the face with digital camera.First,this method finds the color information of the sampled points by matching the color information with the three-dimensional field information.Second,this method interpolates between the sampled points and reconstructs the smooth surface of the face.Experimental results show that this approach is feasible and the result of 3D modeling of the color face is satisfactory.
