Controller Design of a Airborne Electro-Optical Scanning Platform

On the basis of the traditional three -axis electro -optical platform,the origin of the third axial is moved to avoid the "blind-region" on the tip of the ball and reduce the volume of the outside components efficiently.The model and the complicated details are simplified.Finally,a suitable controller design is completed.
