Integrated system for remote detecting and controlling capable of replacing control board without shutting-down system, and method for the same

PURPOSE: An integrated system for remote detection and control capable of replacing a control board without a shutting-down system, and a method for the same are provided to exchange a control board with a stop of a system by using a back board or a dummy board for connector connection when exchanging the control board such as a PLC(Programmable Logic Control) board or an RTU(Remote Control Unit) board. CONSTITUTION: A remote monitoring control device(200) measures, monitors, and controls data of at least one remote site control panel(100a~100n) in a center control room. Each of the remote site control panel is installed in remote site from the remote monitoring control device. At least one remote control monitoring pane is interfaces through a backboard which is moutned to a first control board. A measurement unit(300) transmits measurement data to the first control board of the remote site control monitoring panel. An under-control unit(400) is operated under the control of the first control board of at least one remote site control monitoring panel.
