The invention provides an electronic tripper for a direct-current circuit breaker and the direct-current circuit breaker comprising the electronic tripper. The electric tripper comprises a power supply unit, a current detection unit, a measured signal processing unit, a current parameter processing and comparing unit, a time delay unit and a tripper driving device. The electronic tripper adopts at least one of configurations of A, B and C: A: the measured signal processing unit comprises a voltage signal processing device and a selection switch, wherein the selection switch is used for setting the amplification factor of the voltage signal processing device; B: the current parameter processing and comparing unit comprises a current parameter setting/calculating/comparing unit and a selection switch, wherein the selection switch is used for setting the tripping current threshold value in the current parameter setting/calculating/comparing unit; and the time delay unit comprises a time delay loop and a selection switch, wherein the selection switch is used for setting the tripping delay time of the tripper.
