Design of Meteorological Computing Resources Management System

To solve management problem of computing resources in high performance computing system in National Meteorological Information Center(NMIC),this paper proposes a management system of meteorological computing resources.It describes the relation of computing resources and end users by bank account.The use of the computing resources is thought as deposit and charging.The system implements the functions for resources charging,allocation and statistics functions by database technology.Application result shows that the computing resources are managed real-time and subtly.
