Data center tracking circuit and semiconductor integrated circuit including the same

A data center tracking circuit and a semiconductor integrated circuit including the same are provided to realize a clock tree operating stably despite temperature, power and noise changes, thereby maintaining 90 degrees of a phase difference between data and a clock. A clock tree(10) is comprised of a plurality of clock buffers serially connected. The clock tree variably delays a clock to output an output signal. The clock tree delays the clock according to the amount of current to adjust phase of the output signal. A sensor(20) senses a change of phase of the output signal based on the clock to output a sensing signal. A delay compensation unit(30) adjusts the amount of current supplied to the clock tree according to the sensing signal.
