On account of the higher failure rate of merger because of the domestic unsuccessful enterprise human resources integration,this paper established the evaluation index system of enterprise human resource integration after merger on the basis of establishing the weights by AHP.Some indicators of human resources reflecting the post-meger status are taken into consideration,including experts evaluation,questionnaire surveying and fuzzy statistics.The comprehensive evaluation model of human resources is also established by applying fuzzy conperhensive evaluation theory.This evaluation model is substantiated through the analysis of a practical example,in order to provide new thoughts and methods for the systematic analysis and comprehensive evaluation about human resources after enterprise meger.
