Area Target-oriented Mission Scheduling of Mapping Satellites

Mapping satellite missions are mainly area target-oriented,of high observation resolution and large data storage, which brings on resource conflicts between each other so that the missions need to be scheduled to optimize mapping satellite performance.According to reasonable hypothesis,an effective method of decomposing area targets is put forward to meta-tasks that can be implemented for one time, constructing a mixed-integer programming model for MSMS involved data collection, storage as well as transmission, and then solving the model by ILOG CPlex to get the scheduling solutions. Finally,an application is used about Resource3 mission scheduling to prove the feasibility of this method, which can be used for reference to mapping satellite management and control in China.
