Problems and Countermeasures to Abandoned Automobiles' Contamination

At the present time, the number of automobile tenure is more and more large in China. Many abandoned automobiles have seriously menaced our environment. The technologies on disposing abandoned automobiles and the methods of administering them and the relevant statutes are deficient. This paper analyses some overseas experience and measures, then brings forward some relevant countermeasures, e.g. enforcing establishment of statutes about managing abandoned automobiles; establishing and perfecting the system of abandoned automobiles reclaim and reuse; setting up demonstrating experimental units; yielding green automobiles to prevent and cure contamination; enforcing propagandas about prevention and cure of abandoned automobiles contamination to people.
