Entropy Partition for Complex System and its Application in Neuro-Endocrine-Immune Data

Entropy partition method for complex system has been applied in many kinds of fields. In this paper, we improve the calculation of correlative measure for continuous variables, and apply this method in neuro-endocrine-immune data collected from 400 Wistar rats. The partition result shows the corresponding rules of 5 vascular endothelial function related parameters and 21 NEI network related parameters. It also shows this entropy partition method's broad availability and obvious advantage in dealing with complex, multiple, nonlinear data.
