With the rapid development of electronics industry, more and more scholars focus on how to recycle and dispose waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) effectively. The reverse logistics network system construction is a key in the process of e-waste resource utilization. In this paper, we proposed an e-waste reverse logistics network model of Guangxi, and used Lingo software to calculate it. Then we reached that the e-waste recycling network should be established transit warehouses in Nanning, Guigang and Liuzhou. Considering the particularity of cities, we used Flexsim simulation software to simulate the reverse logistics network, constructed the Guangxi e-waste reverse logistics network. The research result in this paper provides a decision support for Guangxi e-waste reverse logistics network design.
