Design of Cylinder Shell Resonant Liquid Density Meter

Based on the calculation and finite element analysis of resonator, a new kind of resonant liquid density meter is designed. The sensor consists of a cylinder shell resonator fixed on both ends, measurement and control with automatic gain and phase, and signal process system with MCU C8051F020. The sensor is not sensitive to the pressure and intelligently compensates for the temperature. The test result reveals the transducer factors at 20℃ are K_0=-129.566 8 kg/m~3,K_1=-0.253 5×10~6(kg/m~3)/s,K_2=(0.623 9)×10~(10) (kg/m~3)/s~2,and standard error is 0.1% in range of 700~900 kg/m~3。
