Comprehensive Evaluation of Energy System in Characteristic Towns Based on Matter-element Extension Model

New energy characteristic towns emerged at the historic moment to make up for the shortcomings of renewable energy development, promote the diversification of energy structure and development of low-carbon energy use. In this paper, the energy system of tourism-type towns is comprehensively evaluated. Firstly, the structure and competitiveness of energy system of small towns are analyzed, and an evaluation index system of energy system of small towns covering industrial development, investment income, social humanities and ecological environment is constructed. Then a set-valued iteration and anti-entropy weighting method weighting-multi-level matter element extension evaluation model is constructed. This method can synthesize multi-benefits and omit the normalization process of index values. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity of the method and to meet the comprehensive evaluation needs of energy system in small towns.
