Research on extraction of product properties based on virtual prototyping design

Aiming at the problems existing in analysis model of virtual prototyping,considering the design and properties of mechanical products,the integration frame-structure of virtual prototyping was presented.A new approach to extract analysis model and some relative functions data from product design model was proposed.Technical process of model incorporation was studied in detail with consideration of CAXA as extract tool of modeling and model properties.At the same time,components properties extraction from mechanical multi-body system model such as bodies,constraints,force elements,etc were discussed in particular.The seamlessness and integration of prototyping model data transfer were realized by incorporating analysis and test of successive prototyping model with product design.Problem of repeatedly modeling in mechanical property analysis tools has been solved.
