At present, there are some control strategies of realizing resynchronism in power systems, such as the time optimal control, the nonlinear parameter optimization and segmental linear optimal control. But their calculations are complex, and not suitable for the variety of operation modes. The theory of resynchronization using supplementary discrete controllers is convenient for engineering applications, so it has practical value. Firstly, a simpler rule of resynchronization using a supplementary discrete controller is provided in this paper. Its controlling rule is easily realized, and has definite adaptability. Then, this control theory is realized by using a fuzzy controller. Finally, its feasibility and validity is tested by simulation studies.
