In groups of 5 male giant rabbits with and without bladder carcinomas (Brown-Pearce transplantation tumors) [1] with a body weight between 1.5 and 1.8 kg, the bladder was exposed under Nembutal anesthesia through a longitudinal incision in the lower abdomen and fixed to a tripod. The bladder was filled with air via a 10 French transurethral catheter, and the double laser impulse elicited at a pressure of 10 torr. The technical arrangement is explained in the previous paper [2].
