Research on Several Problems about Nonlinear Analysis of RC Beams Based on ANSYS

The several problems about the nonlinear analysis of RC beams are analyzed and summarized here based on ANSYS,such as the element selection,the constitutive relationship of materials,the acceleration of convergence,etc.The nonlinear analysis is carried out for a RC beam by using ANSYS.The relationship of load and middle span deflection,and the development of stiffness and cracks in the RC beam are analyzed.The analysis results could provide a basic advice for similar cases.
