Proposing an Open Web Learning System

Various types of online learning systems are recently gaining more and more popularity. Among the most successful recent implementations are university level subjects taught over such successful systems as https://www.coursera.org/ and https://www.edx.org/ and there are many other universities and independent organizations that support online learning systems. This paper proposes a computer system, called Open Web Learning Platform (OWLP) that allows a teacher not only to upload his/her own teaching material but also to stream out his/her lecture in real-time. Our design of the system is described in this paper.
