Some Attitudes to BS 5750: A Study
暂无分享,去创建一个
The UK manufacturing industry may want quality systems based on BS 5750, but often for the wrong reasons. Quality managers are usually interested in implementing BS 5750 but need the interest and assistance of other managers in order to make it work effectively. Managers and employees other than from quality departments frequently do not consider quality as a major part, or even a minor part, of their job. These attitudes are discussed in the context of a survey of manufacturing companies in the East Midlands.
