DNA probes: a new role in diagnostic microbiology.

Article de synthese presentant l'ensemble des techniques permettant la fabrication de sondes nucleiques a DNA dans un but de diagnostic microbiologique. Les principes de l'hybridation moleculaire sont rappeles, puis les differentes sondes realisables sont presentees: sondes a polynucleotides, a oligonucleotides, marquages des sondes. Enfin, l'extraction et la preparation des acides nucleiques cibles sont decrites ainsi que les differentes methodes de blotting permettant d'analyser le DNA
