Application of theory of constraints to reverse logistics in setting up a decision model of recycle and distribution

Based on the theory of constraints(TOC),a decision model of recycle and distribution in reverse logistics is set up,in which the Throughput is regarded as the decision objective,in order to optimize the reverse logistics.Meanwhile,the TOC-based model has been applied to an enterprise which callback the rubber castoff.It has been proved that the TOC used in this kind of problem is much more advantage than the traditional decision model based on minimizing the total cost.The job evaluation criteria of TOC is applied in the process of recycle and distribution could make the whole reverse logistics system more effective.
