The dynamic torque measure system based on RF technology

To achieve noncontact dynamic torque measure, the RF technology is applied to transmit dynamic torque signals in the dynamic torque measure system. Dynamic torque signals are converted into voltage signals based on the principle of resistance strain. Then they are amplified and converted into digital signals. Finally, RF chip transmit digital signals to RF receiver circuit for follow-up treatment. The design of scheme, circuit and mechanical structure of the system is described in detail. Compared with the traditional system whose signals are transmitted by slip ring, the RF transmission system has higher accuracy, longer service life and better prospect.
