Energy-saving Generation Dispatch of Power System Including Large-scale Wind Farms

Because the number of large-scale wind farms and the ratio of wind power are growing up continually,the operation and dispatch of power grid become more and more difficult.According to the operation characteristics of wind turbines and energy storage system,the equivalent consumption curves of wind farm with and without energy storage are established.Then,the correction of ultra-short-term generation is also founded.These make the output of wind farms have certain controllability and dispatches.So,wind farm can take part in the energy-saving dispatch,sinilar to a conventional thermal power plant.Thus,the consumption of thermal power plants is reduced,and the ability to accommodate wind power is increased.It can be easily applied in the existing dispatching system of power grid,and can be useful to engineering projections.The validity and accuracy are verified by simulation test.
