PURPOSE: A method for aligning an optical shaft of a 3D camera, the 3D camera, and a memory in which a program for performing the method is recorded are provided to reduce time required for operating two cameras for manually aligning the optical shaft as the optical shaft is automatically aligned correspondingly to the zooming or the focusing operation by a user. CONSTITUTION: A method for aligning an optical shaft of a 3D camera is as follows. A target image of a preset zooming value is input by first and second cameras(100). A correction value is calculated based on the distorted extent of the optical shaft of the input target image, thereby being recorded as a correction value with respect to the zooming value(200). The prior step is repeatedly performed by applying a plurality of the zooming values while changing the zooming values(300). A correction value table including the correction values with respect to each zooming value is completed(400). The completed correction value table is transmitted to the 3D camera(500).
