CONSTRUCTION OF KHUSHAL GARH TOLL PLAZA ON BRIDGE OVER RIVER INDUS AT KIIUSHAL GARH _ TOLL PLAZA AT KOHAT SIDE.

1. ii. iii. 02. General Manager (P&CA) welcomed all the participants. During the said meeting, the bidders were asked to come forward with their questions / queries. While, Director (P&CA), Project Director (Khushal Garh) and Resident Engineer, M/s Loya explained salient features of subject project, as per following details: - Director (P&CA) explained bidders the scope and importance of subject project in details. Director (P&CA) advised the bidders to read the bid document carefully before the submission of bid. - Project Director (Khushal Garh) informed that the Khushal Garh Bridge is expected to be completed and open for traffrc on February 2014. Therefore, the successful bidder will be required for works completion related with operational requirement of toll plaza.In this instance case, the bidders are advised to prepare the work programme according to the situation so that the Toll Plaza could be made operational alongwith completion of Khushal Garh Bridge. It is pertinent to mention that the subject work completion period is 06 months and the bonus clause is also included in the Contract. - Resident Engineer, I\{/s Loya explained the site area in details and advised the bidders to visit site area prior to submission of their bids. - All the participated bidders requested for extension in bid submission / opening date due to Eid-Ul-Azha holidays. The Bidders request was agreed and they were informed that their request will be put up for approval of Competent Authority NHA and if the extension granted, the bidders will be informed accordingly through Corrigendum.
