There are typographical errors in the two formulas at the bottom of page 269. The test functions fi and f4 should end with +(1-xJ2, +(1-xpy (the minus signs should be pluses). Reference [ll] at the bottom of page 25 should be [lo]. On line 5 of page 254, replace " step 4.5 " by " step 5 " (there is no step 4.5 in the algorithm).
