Comparative filtering methods for noisy ECG signals

In this paper are presented, compared and analyzed two of the most frequently used methods for the ECG signal filtering: the Wavelet denoising method and the Adaptive filtering method. There were highlighted the features, performances and selection capabilities achieved by the filters. For the research efficiency and completeness, over our simulated signal were superposed different types of disruptive noises, such as white noise, 50 Hz noise frequency, harmonics and Gaussian noise.
