In order to provide enterprises in intelligent building with an advanced e-commerce platform that can help them sale and manage products, and at the same time can also provide their staff with considerate services, the paper proposes a design scheme of intelligent building OAS based on Web services. Transparent integration to intelligent building OAS and heterogeneous systems of business cooperators on Internet is achieved by taking full advantage of Web services mechanism's capability of loose coupling, fine encapsulation, and high grade integration. Based on this design, intelligent building OAS can offer considerate services to users in this building, and they can experience convenience in high-tech work environment. Taking design and implementation of booking ticket module in intelligent building OAS as an example, this paper introduces development process of Web services in detail.
