An Cost-efficiency Analysis for Development of Intelligent Mine Warhead

This paper intends to present the evaluation system on the overall efficiency of the anti helicopter intelligent mine warhead.With the analysis of all kinds of evaluation methods,the authors put forward the hierarchical TOPSIS method that is suitable for the overall efficiency evaluation of intelligent mine warheads.In addition,the solution to the problem of intelligent mine warheads development cost evaluation is discussed in terms of the theory of gray system forecast,and accordingly the GM model of gray systems are established.The rule of cost efficiency rate renders a good reflection of the synthetic capacity of intelligent mine warheads.The case computation indecates the method can be applied to ammunition and rocket system.
