AC-DC-AC converter with grid voltage dips mitigation

In the paper a control system of AC-DC-AC converter used as a grid interface for renewable energy sources is presented. The generic Direct Power and Torque Control with Space Vector Modulation (DPTC-SVM) scheme has been expanded by two modules: grid voltage dips compensation and higher harmonics compensation. Some simulation and experimental results, illustrating properties of the considered system with compensation modules under symmetrical and nonsymmetrical voltage dips are given.
