Uncertainties, Fuzzy Reasoning, and Expert Systems in Bioengineering

Pour mettre en equation et essayer d'expliquer certains phenomenes biologiques, des hypotheses simplificatrices sont, a priori acceptees, les valeurs obtenues sont approximativement definies (intervalles similaires obtenus par statistique). La construction de systeme expert, pour resoudre mathematiquement les phenomenes biologiques, est delicate mais possible grâce a des arguments s'appuyant sur des conditions logiques: une liste de logiciels est ainsi repertoriee, permettant des modelisations, des simulations et des optimisations des modeles ainsi geres
