1.75㎛ pixel sensor에서 SNR개선을 위한 optical stack 구조 설계

CMOS image sensors are being required to have high SNR at low light condition. For small pixel size, the optical stack structure critically determines sensitivity and crosstalk which are important factors of SNR performance in sensor. This report provides the methodology of enhancing SNR for the design of optical stack in 1.75㎛ pixel sensors.
