Research on new style anti-impacting fan-shaped nozzle

Based on the mechanism of abrasion,the main abrasion mode of the fan-shaped nozzles is promoted.The reasons of the acute abrasion and short life-span of the traditional fan-shaped nozzle are analyzed.The structural shortcoming of the traditional fan-shaped nozzle is pointed.A new horn-shaped structure is promoted,and an experiment comparing the abrasion of the two different types of nozzles is carried out.The results are as follow:the new horn-shaped outlet structure thickens the edge of the orifice and enhances the anti-abrasion ability of the nozzle's orifice,which significantly reduces the abrasion and prolongs the life span of the nozzle.
