Configuration Prefetching for Non-deterministic Event Driven Multi-context Schedulers

Reconfiguration overhead minimization is one of the major matters of concern in Reconfigurable Computing. In this paper we address the problem of configuration prefetching for multi-context reconfigurable devices in order to minimize reconfiguration overhead. We present a novel nondeterministic event driven multi-context scheduler, and how it is applied to a case study of software acceleration.
