0.7-V Curvature-Compensated Voltage Reference Circuit Using Subthreshold MOSFET

A voltage reference circuit using subthreshold MOSFET with 0.7-V supply voltage is presented in this paper. With a curvature compensation scheme, the proposed voltage reference circuit achieves very low temperature coefficient of 2.84ppm/℃. The reference voltage is generated by difference of threshold voltage of MOSFETs which offers low-supply operation and low-power consumption.
