The kinematical analysis of the transmission mechanism of the jaw crusher was conducted based on ADAMS, as well as the motion trajectory of the tooth surface of the moving jaw and the eigenvalue of the moving jaw stroke were obtained after simulation and analysis, thus the problem that design results could not be achieved directly by traditional design methods was solved. After abstracting the measurements of horizontal stroke, transmission angle and bracket swing angle, the kinematical characteristics of the crusher transmission mechanism was identified according to experience values. The simulation offered references for the development of the crusher and the modification of the structural parameters.
